Advantages:

Отличное расположение, интересный ландшафт, красивый дом(снаружи), много места.

Disadvantages:

Дорого для такого увядающего дома. Пытаются следить за чистотой, но получается плохо. В доме есть заброшенная сауна с каким-то стрёмным хламом, шезлонги грязные, качели уличные были сломаны(я сам починил), Самолёты над головой летают раза 2-3 в сутки.
